He oversees a federated research network across major US health systems and aligns global partners to validate phenotypic ontologies using Neuro-Symbolic AI.

Sanjay leads collaborative initiatives that bridge AI-driven discovery and clinical practice, harmonize global health data and guide foundations on regulatory strategy, serving as the technical architect for Project JANUS to uncover hidden rare metabolic phenotypes and accelerate diagnosis.
